No. Pawa never does installations. Pawa is WiFi/ISP billing software for a network that already exists. We do not install, supply, or manage internet connections, routers, access points, cabling, or hardware.

What does the Pawa onboarding fee cover?
Pawa Software Onboarding is quoted after we review your request. The onboarding fee covers Pawa software configuration, account setup, billing settings, packages, payment setup and connection to your existing MikroTik network. Pawa does not install networks or hardware.
Can Pawa work with Starlink?
Yes. You can use Starlink as your existing internet source while Pawa handles billing through your MikroTik network. Pawa does not provide Starlink or any installation service.
Can I use Pawa if my WiFi network is already running?
Yes. Pawa is billing software for an existing WiFi or ISP network that needs automated billing, M-Pesa payments and customer management.
What is the monthly cost?
Every business pays the monthly Pawa subscription: Starter at KES 1,500/month or Silver at KES 3,500/month. Customer payments go directly to your own PayBill, so Pawa does not add a collection fee.
Do I need a MikroTik router?
Pawa is designed to integrate with MikroTik networks for Hotspot and PPPoE billing.
Can Pawa manage a private router?
Yes. The recommended hosted setup uses WireGuard so the VPS can reach private routers securely.
Do you provide MikroTik setup scripts?
Yes. Onboarding can generate a paste-ready RouterOS bootstrap script or apply setup automatically when the router API is reachable.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is the business dashboard for routers, plans, vouchers, customers, payments, invoices, and onboarding.
Can I manage vouchers and multiple routers?
Yes. Pawa supports voucher-style access, hotspot customers, and more than one router record per business.
Can I import existing users?
Pawa includes import flows for router data such as hotspot users, plans, WiFi networks, and vouchers.
When is software onboarding fee due?
You can connect MikroTik and prepare the workspace first. Once Pawa software configuration is complete, the software onboarding invoice is due before continuing normal workspace operations.
How do payouts work?
Customer payments go directly to your own PayBill. Pawa does not hold customer money or run payouts.
